Ryan Carrell

Ryan Carrell was born and raised in San Bernardino, California and started his skateboarding journey on the North Side of town at Cajon skatepark when he was 14 years old. Ryan stands out with a joy, generosity and positivity he brings to every partnership; knowing nothing can keep Ryan away from his passion as he embraces each new challenge. You can see and feel in Ryan's style, a deep love for the art of skateboarding. Ryan is known for his highly athletic ability, spontaneous standing-back-flips, and popping his favorite tricks (his “pop shuv-its”, “inward heelflips”, and "half cab heelflips“). His mastery over these tricks has garnered him copious support from The Berrics, the gold standard and skateboarding-based media hub. Ryan’s sponsors include some of the most respected in Skateboarding: Nixon, Thunder Trucks, Bones Wheels, Zerobelow Grillz, Mob Grip and Pawn Shop. Perhaps most importantly, Ryan is celebrated for the fact he can’t help but wear a huge smile every time he touches a board.

Additionally, you can spot Ryan in marketing campaigns for brands ranging from Fubu, to Rolling Loud, to Alain Dupetit, and Advil. Outside of skateboarding, Ryan ultimately enjoys basketball, meeting new people and giving back to his community. As a young and upcoming athlete, Ryan is eager and motivated as he looks to leave behind an everlasting legacy of positivity in the international skateboarding community and beyond.
