Sewa Kroetkov

Professional skateboarder Sewa Kroetkov was born in Russia and grew up skateboarding in the Netherlands. Dominating the local European AM circuit, he made his first trip to the United States in 2009 to LA to pursue his skateboarding career.

Immediately he made a splash - taking home 1st in the World Champion AM game of SKATE in 2012 as well as the AM title for Red Bull’s Manny Mania. He returned in 2012 in the pro division, taking home 2nd place in 2011.

Turning pro with Blind Skateboard in 2014, Sewa achieved his lifelong dream and then some. He has since taken home wins at Battle at the Berrics along with many other competition accolades to date.

A skateboarder’s skateboarder, Sewa is considered one of the greatest pro skateboarders to ever emerge from the Netherlands and is recognized globally for his smooth and meticulous style on and off his skateboard. A young entrepreneur, Sewa is also the founder of Alveer, the most high performing and intentional grip tape on the market.

Amassing a staggering quarter of a million followers on IG, Sewa continuously pushes himself forward, having just released his latest video parts, including THIUS in 2024, cementing his place in skateboarding as a benchmark for excellence.
